Our packing runs are scheduled around confirmed order requests. Hit the cutoff and your boxes move on the next lane out.
Ordering & deadlines
- When do I need to place an order for the week?
- Order requests are collected until 4:00 PM ET the day before your shipping day. Anything received after cutoff rolls into the next available packing run.
- How fast are orders turned around?
- Verified accounts see a 24–48 hour turnaround from confirmed order to boxes on the truck, subject to availability and weather holds.
- Is there a minimum order?
- Yes. Domestic wholesale shipments start at one full insulated box per destination, and mixed-category orders must reach our per-box packing density before we release freight.
- Do you show prices on the website?
- No. Pricing is account-specific and travels with your availability list and final invoice, never on the public site.
